Beer description

Straw yellow color, slightly turbid, the foam is creamy and abundant. On the nose hints of yeast, wheat, citrus and spicy notes. Wheat taste is king, closure is bitter with excellent persistence. It goes well with cold dishes, little savory sausages, raw fish and meat and fresh cheeses. Also try with blue cheeses.

Birra amara, abbastanza gasata con un profumo luppolato. Sinceramente a me non è piaciuta ne al primo impatto ne in bocca. Forse con qualche cibo consigliato si abbina meglio!
