It has a golden color with orange reflections. On the nose we find peach, apricot and a slight hint of pepper. On the palate we find the fruitiness, with a slight note of grape and a certain bitter persistence. Combine with white meats, fried or grilled vegetables, seafood and fresh cheeses.
