Beer description
The blacksmith is sooty, rough, ruffled, pitch black and with a strong stout in all respects. The blacksmith is made with three differently roasted barley malt and one American hop variety. The whole is full-bodied, richly toasted, yet invigoratingly fruity and balanced. Stout, cooked in peace with the chips of bourbon whiskey barrels, is an excellent meditation beer. The idea to make this stout came from desire to make a stout that is rich and rich in taste but approachable in strength.
