Mathildedalin Valssi

The waltz recipe has been made in collaboration with Rekola Brewery. This time it was turn to put it on and also put the beer in a 0.75 liter bottle. Goes well as an alternative to wine with food. The waltz is a dark toasted black organic lager with lots of classic Saazer hops. The waltz is an excellent food beer and very versatile, it is suitable for both fish and meat meals. The picture on the label shows Mathildedal's Ruukki Rolling Mill in 1940. The rolling mill is a seasonal product.
