Beer description
We wanted to make an easy-to-drink craft beer in the traditional North American Pale Ale style that has proved so popular with fastidious beer drinkers - and named it after a hairy Mongolian cow thing. First of all, Fat Yak captivates with its golden color, its distinctive, hoppy, fruity and herbaceous aromas, which give the characteristic notes of passion fruit and melons, followed by a dash of hop flavor in the finish. The taste is refreshingly clean on the palate.
