Matten - Vivement l' été!

For this brew, we wanted to use the new “Aramis” hops from Alsace to support the traditional Strisselspalt and Hallertau, a looooong ageing period, triple fermentation and a massive dose of four different barley malts. The pumps squeaked, the valves clogged, the brewing machine froze... Then, taking advantage of the low temperatures, it improved for three months (the beer, of course...). YEAH! We hope it will not leave you indifferent ;-)
