Espiga - Matter of Time

A very special pastry imperial stout that we brewed with the friends of Resident Culture that we met at the Mikkeller Beer festival. A black beer with a high density and the typical taste of the style. Our inspiration on this occasion has been the Cudié Cats, typical bonbons from Vilafranca del Penedès, which we love. The predominant aromas are the notes of bitter chocolate from the malts and the cocoa nibs that rest on a light layer of praline that reminds us of the sugar coating of the cudies. We also find a few pinches of vanilla. We taste a long, dense and silky balloon that will make you enjoy all the nuances of an imperial stout accompanied by these classic cannons that taste of almonds, hazelnuts and bitter chocolate, a delight that will make you stop the time and enjoy your moment. Malts: Horse malt, civada malt, flocs de civada and malt d'ordi cru torrat. Hops: Galena Others: Roasted hazelnuts, roasted almonds, cocoa nibs, praline and vanilla.
