Hydromel (session mead) made with orange blossom honey, dark red sweet cherries, tart Montmorency cherries, and vanilla beans. The combination of the sweet and tart cherries blend perfectly with the sweetness from the honey and the vanilla beans. The balance of the classic combination of cherry and vanilla, makes this a really refreshing low abv mead that is perfect for the current heat wave of a summer that we are having, or as an anytime easy drinking mead.
