Listermann Brewing - Matt's Mead | the Motherload

Heavily fruited mead made with raspberry honey, blueberries, strawberries, dark sweet cherries, and tart Montmorency cherries. With more than four pounds of berries per gallon, close to 4 pounds of honey per gallon, and blueberry juice, black cherry juice, and tart cherry juice replacing much of the water in the mead, this is a decadent berry bomb. The tannins from the berry and cherry skins and tartness from the cherries balance out the sweetness, making this a really smooth, drinkable mead.
