Beer description
A collaboration with Denali Brewing from Talkeetna, Alaska on their first visit to Beijing. We’ve brewed a type of mead known as braggot, a style that acts as a halfway point between mead and beer since it’s brewed with both honey and barley malt.We’ve used Shangrila Farms Chasteberry Honey from Mentagou, a protected ecological area west of Beijing, and Nelson Sauvin hops which combine for rich floral notes and a semi-sweet finish.
