Birrificio Epica - Medusa

Beer inspired by the Trappist Dubbel style. Brown in colour with a cappuccino foam. Characterised by a rich malt aroma enlivened by a spice that lightens the drink masking its 8 degree alcohol content. The taste is complex and warming but its unexpectedly dry finish makes it easy to drink. Notes of fruit in spirit, jam and caramel emerge on the nose.
