Bishop Cider - Medusa’s Revenge

What the heck is this one you ask? Well, lemme tell ya. Medusa could come from many things, but in this case it refers to a hop.. The crew was looking to create a summery cider with some interesting back notes using a hop. Mission accomplished. They started with watermelon for that refreshing, not overwhelming element and of course our simply amazing apple cider base. But then what? Pepper? No. Habanero? No. Lavender? Nope. Wasabi.... Wasabi? Yeah baby. Wasabi it is. Finally, because the name demands it, they used Medusa hops to trim out the sweetness of the apples... and now you have it. An apple based cider with the cool refreshing flavor of watermelon and the ever so slight heat and complexity of wasabi, finishing with the slight citrus element of the Medusa hop. Amazing doesn’t come close to describe it, so get it while you can.
