Mell Ale - Holler Galgant Wit

With this beer, we won the national championship title in the category "Creative Beers (Spices, Vegetables)" at the Austrian Beer Challenge 2019. We also received a top rating with 200 out of 216 possible points and the Beer-IG quality seal. The judges gave the following evaluation: "Pale yellow with slight cloudiness, fresh notes on the nose with a hint of elderflower. Wit-character in the foreground, galangal gives a fresh impression on the first sip. Medium body with pleasant mouthfeel and acidity. Medium-length finish with rather spicy notes."
