The Establishment - Messing With The Settings

Wild IPA - we blended barrel aged wild beer and freshly dry hopped IPA, and left to mingle in an oak barrel for over 6months. We love how the hops got transformed by our house mixed culture. Expect overripe fruit (hops!) with a mild funky acidity.
