Mezzo Passo Biga Blanche

Biga Blanche is an Italian Grape Ale 100% organic, born from the collaboration with the Cantina Orsogna 1964. The color opalescent, the hat of white foam and the scents limonosi and spicy (coriander and chamomile) are those of Crevette Blanche, that evolves into a dry finish that is mitigated by the floral and fruity scents brought from the must of Malvasia grape of Abruzzo.
