Histoires de Geule de bois n°7 range:
Craft beer fermented with the indigenous yeasts of the Pinot Noir, Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris grape varieties from the Alsace vineyards in the 2022 vintage. Aged for 10 months in white Burgundy barrels and Alsatian Pinot Noir barrels.
