The Rousse de Pit solera of L'Ambre de Jack, that is to say the red beer put immediately in the barrel that had previously received the Ambre de Jack, the sour amber refined in a Jack Daniels barrel which had a taste profile similar to a Rouge des Flandres. The result is an amber and sour beer.
