A long-standing friendship between the owners of King Hall and Pit Caribou made it natural to collaborate with them to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this legendary Sherbrooke bar.
Perle is a saison with Sherbrooke malt (Innomalt) barreled for 3 months in Pinot Noir barrels. It was fermented by two Gaspé yeasts: a conventional beer yeast isolated on a broom flower and an unconventional yeast, Lachancea Quebecensis, isolated on a lilac
