Beer description
Winter wheat beer with fresh notes of citrus and conifers fermented with our yeasts from the Gaspé nature. Flavored with young larch shoots, it is blended with a sour beer aged 6 months in pinot noir barrels seeded with Brettanomyces. Pesaq, which means "it snows" in the Micmac language, is an off-piste ski mountain located in Gaspé
