Beer description
Pale-coloured beer matured in pinot noir barrels for 2 1/2 years. White grapes harvested in Percé in Gaspésie were added in mid-2016. Maceration with the fruit gives the woody aromas a slight astringency and a good acidity in addition to the grape taste.
Very limited edition.
