Blend of Farmhouse and Session IPA aged in Pinot and Cognac barrels, IIPA from La Sorcière fraîche and homemade apple juice.
An invading funk on woody notes, a sharp acidity that ends in a dry and fruity finish of yellow apple flesh harvested near the York River in Gaspé. Refermented in the bottle with Gaspé honey.
