Pale colored beer, aged in pinot noir barrels with brett lambicus. On the nose, woody and brett-like aromas, slightly farmhouse. On the palate, a taste of pink grapefruit, tangy, woody, brett-like with a slight bitterness. Blend: saison, farmhouse and berliner weisse
