Baccalieu Trail Brewing - Midnight Razz

Midnight Razz Oatmeal Stout. This dark beer combines a Maris Otter and 2-Row base with flaked Oats, midnight wheat, pale chocolate, honey and caramel malts to create a rich, velvety body and mouth-feel. Hop character takes a back seat, as the 40-lb addition of BC raspberries complement the malts, to provide an aroma of Jam Jams and dark chocolate.
