Miejski Browar Stargard - Polish Wheat

Polish Wheat, a top-fermented, unfiltered, and unpasteurized beer, is analogous to the American wheat beer variety, with the difference that Polish ZULA new wave hops from PolishHops were used. Our variation has been further enriched with the intense flavor and aroma of a green tea blend with added citrus and mango pieces, making the beer even more refreshing and crisp. A delicate maltiness reminiscent of light bread complements the beer's profile, counterbalancing its fairly pronounced bitterness. The beer has an intense yellow color from the addition of tea and dried citrus fruits. Slightly cloudy. Ingredients: water, wheat malt, barley malt, CITRUS & MANGO green tea blend, hops, yeast.
