Mignonette is an imperial-style sour beer. It's a seasonal smoothie with apricot, passion fruit and mango. To keep up with the microbrewery trend, Le Prospecteur has concocted a dense, creamy smoothie that's practically a breakfast drink. The acidity and aromas of fresh fruit juice combine to create a thirst-quenching, healthy and surprising beer.
