Imperial Stout Made w/ Chocolate Mint Cookies, Vanilla, & Coffee & 50% Aged in Maple Bourbon Barrels.
Deck the halls with bowls of stout, fah la la la. Using our Beer Geek Vanilla Shake as a foundation, we blended an equal portion of Maple Bourbon BA Imperial Maple Stout, and then treated the batch with mint-chocolate cookie pieces. Yeh, is awesome. Big aromas of happiness, with a mid-palate experience reminscent of joy. Balanced, and juuuuuuuust right.
Inspiration: Maybe we are starting to get in the mood for true seasonal beers? Maybe not. Though, we did giggle like school-children when we thought of doing a mint chocolate + coffee variant of our beloved Vanilla Shake. It's a jammer. "
