Beer description
Beer Lab for December 2025 is a series of beers brewed for cold Winter nights. These beers are just as suited for festive celebrations as for sipping by the fire.
Rødgrød is based on the classic Danish dessert. Oats enhance the porridge aspect, and huge amounts of raspberry, redcurrant and black cherry add a vibrant & tart fruitiness. Vanilla and ceylon cinnamon sticks enhance the taste, adding sweetness and earthy spice.
