Le Prospecteur - Mille Shacks

Mille Shacks is a milkshake-style IPA with white sweet clover. This style is an IPA to which fruit (orange in our case), vanilla and lactose are often added. In addition to these additions, a northern flower called white sweet clover has been incorporated into the beer. This flower is very fragrant, with aromas reminiscent of vanilla and tarragon. In short, this beer has a strong bitterness balanced by flavours of white sweet clover, vanilla, citrus and tropical fruit. (SRM 4)
