Millpond Brewing - Hummingbird

Inspired by the traditional "Hummingbird Cake" originating from Jamaica - intended to highlight the islands produce industry and named after the islands national bird. This Imperial Stout was aged in a Bourbon Barrel from local favorites, Old Monroe Distilling Co., and then Conditioned on Bananas, Pineapple, Cinnamon, Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Estate Grown Toasted Pecans.
