A white beer, is a south German Bavarian style unfiltered specialty wheat beer. You'll see the cloudy suspended yeast, it is top-fermented. Specialized strains of yeast are used which produce overtones of banana and clove as by-products of fermentation, thus taste a variety of fruit and spice in this flavourful beer.
