Beer description
Our original lager inspired by the Steam Beer style, which is specific in the way it uses yeast for lagers. Instead of the classic fermentation at low temperatures (around 10°C), the lager ferments at higher temperatures almost like an ale (around 18°C). We also borrow a slightly more pronounced malt component from the classic Steam beer, which in our case is biscuit malt, which gives the beer a nice grain/toast line. The typical hop in this style is Northern Brewer, which has spicy-herbal characteristics. Malt: biscuit, pale ale.
