Beer description
The Belgian yeast and American hops make pleasant mischief on the tongue, a sleek and pretty animal. Grapefruit, faint grass and spice, medium round body in the mouth, dry finish.
Named after the stories of Mink (bəšcəb pronounced bus-chub)and his brother in Lushootseed legend. The American finishing hops and fruity esters from the Belgian yeast compliment each other. At %5.4 ABV it is a “session-able” beer, but the elusive esters, and citrusy hops keep every sip stimulating.
