Beer description
Really difficult cork to open, had to push it into bottle and use coffee filter to separate small pieces out of the mead. Nose is honey, alcohol, malts, grain, sweetness, whiskey. Taste is quite sweet with a lot of honey, some grain, malts and whiskey in the background. Suprisingly mellow for ABV, alcohol doesn't strike through a lot. Really good mead.
