Little Bang - Miracle Hop Tonic

Miracle Hop Tonic is an IPA that's quite different to the usual US fruit-bombs we love these days, and one we honestly weren't sure would work until it was finished. A hugely bitter, cloudy, salty, lightly oaked little devil that we put together based on an old Tetley's recipe dating back to the 1800s. Massively fruity fermentation characters combine to make a fascinating cask-style proto-IPA of ye olde times. Definitely one we'll make again.
