Cave de Mirande - Cidre Brut

Cave Mirande Cidre from Normandy makes various apple and pear products, such as apple juice, ciders and calvados. Jacques Daunay, manager of La Cave de Mirande, produces the cider from traditional apple orchards with a high stem. In other words, an orchard that is managed on a large scale without chemical treatment and with a yield of 15 tonnes of apples per year.
