Garagiste Meadery - Mixed Berry Cheesecake

Mixed Berry Cheesecake features some primo organic honey, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. It was fermented with a mixed culture of Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces strains before the addition of two types of vanilla beans and actual cream cheese.
