Listermann Brewing - Mixed Berry/Pepper Hydromel

Hydromel (session mead) made with raspberry and acacia blossom honey, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, chipotle peppers, and habanero peppers. The combination of the berries and the sweetness from the honey provide a base for the smokiness of the chipotle peppers and a little bit of heat at the end from the habanero peppers.
