Beer description
"MIZU-KOJI" is a barley wine/amazake blend. The amazake has undergone a spontaneous lacto-fermentation. After the fermentation we blended with the barley wine during his second fermetation.
Warm fruit and malt aroma's.
Complex and well balanced fruit. Some nice acidity and a umami character.
1 year bottle conditioned.
Decant into a saké-jug!
NO CARBONATION!
