Beer description
Imperial stout that has been aged 9 months in 2 different bourbon barrels then blended in tank to get the better balanced. Aging in barrels we got strong aromas of oak, vanilla, blueberry and bourbon. On palate you can taste full body, light sourness and in the background there is some Brettanomyces which is developing and brings this beer extra complexity. Recommended usage in late hours with good cigar.
