Moa - Whiskey Pilsner

Moa Whiskey Pilsner is an Imperial Pilsner style beer that has been aged for 9 months in used Pinot barrels that were conditioned prior to filling with three bottles of premium Scotch whisky. Dry hopped twice in the barrel with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hops, Moa Whiskey Pilsner displays a rich hoppy character with some peat/smokey notes on the palate and has a dry vinous, slightly alcohol driven, highly bitter finish.
