The easy drinking session beer of Bavaria, with traditional decoction mash, gives this beer surprisingly rich caramel notes in its malt profile. The style is light in both color and body with a delicate flavor and a medium crisp finish. Our first Helles brew was in spring of 2012 and was a grand success.
