Moat Mountain Brewing Co. Hoffman Weiss

A traditional Bavarian-style wheat beer, this unfiltered golden ale delivers aromas and flavors of banana and clove with notes of coriander and white pepper. There is a subtle tartness in the background and a slight twang from the malted wheat. It is low in bitterness yet, big on flavor, all derived from the unique yeast strain. (No bananas were harmed while brewing this beer!) Some enjoy this ale served with a lemon slice.
