Mochen Craft - Alligator

Slightly hazy with quite some floaties, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-resiny aroma of marmelade, apricot and some spruce. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, moderately fruity and a bit resiny taste of grains, marmelade, straw, some apricot and a touch of spruce, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, grainy and slightly resiny finish. Above medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Strange IPA, fairly grainy and hardly refreshing.
