Garage Beer Co. - Model K-52

The first stop on this years Garage Hop Tour is the Pacific North West of the USA. We’ve gone with a hop that has really won us over in recent years combined with a mother and daughter duo that are best of friends. Those hops are Strata, Simcoe and Mosaic, respectively, in a variety of formats that really shows all of the classic characeristics that we expect from hops of this region. A big mango and passon fruit pop up front with pine and cannibas depth and citrus highlights.
