We added fresh-pressed whole-cluster Riesling grape must & pomace to this funky saison and sent it on a 2-month vacation in our clay amphora before a healthy stint of bottle conditioning. Expressive notes of ripe peach and honeysuckle mingle with the amphora-derived minerality for a delightfully complex and totally enchanting beer experience.
