We got together with the fermentation mages at 3 Chiefs to create this enormous 16% imperial stout. This marvelous liquid spent a whopping 16 months in 14-year Kentucky bourbon barrels, picking up all that oaky complexity, which melds splendidly with the chocolatey malt character. This beer has big barrel energy. You’ve been warned.
