Celestial City, our wonderfully funky, floral saison, is near and dear to the hearts of our special projects squad, so you can imagine the giant metaphorical light bulb that hovered over the barrel warehouse when some quality gin barrels arrived. The beer spent a glorious 6 months absorbing the botanical radness of the barrels before receiving a massive dose of California Red Roy Nectarines.
