It’s about to get autumnal up in here. This iteration of our hugely-tasty pastry stout began with a blend of Dragon Mask (aged in rye whiskey barrels for 11 months), Infinity Gauntlet (aged in American oak foeders for 6 months, then bourbon barrels for another 6 months), and Suggestion of Mass (aged in bourbon barrels for 10 months). That wonderful amalgam was then treated to barrel-aged coffee beans, Brazilian cocoa nibs, vegan marshmallows, Madagascar vanilla, & pumpkin spice blend. The resulting beverage is the drinkable equivalent of strolling through a pumpkin patch while sipping a hot toddy.
