We aged the non-adjunct version of our Bottle Logic collab in barrels that previously held a sought-after wheated whiskey, and the results were fantastic. These barrels impart delicious notes of baked goods, chocolate, and a little spice. If you’re a fan of complex barrel character, this is going to make you very happy.
