We’re back at it again with our Luxury Fruit Fizz, this time racking Galactic Filaments, our funky witbier, out of the foeders and onto juiced, whole ginger, pomelo zest and juice, and de-aerated water. The resulting beverage is delightfully tart, citrusy, effervescently bright, and super, super drinkable.
